First, you need an IRC-Program.
The best program, is Mirc. Another good IRC Program is Pirch.
A new program is Virc (Visual IRC).
After you've downloaded an IRC-Program, you can connect to an IRC server.
To connect to psychonet, go to setup, and select add server.
Server: Psychonet.dyn.ml.org
Port: 6667
When you're connected, you must join a channel.
You can do this, by typing /join #channel.
For all psychonet channels, click Here
If you need help, you can join #cservice, or just ask somebody else on a channel
